Aluda Gudushauri opened the public lecture series dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Technical University of Georgia

The First Deputy Chair of the Human Rights and Civil Integration Committee, Aluda Gudushauri opened the public lecture series dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Technical University of Georgia with his lecture “Legislative Authority in Modern Georgia”.
The event was held online through the zoom platform with the participation of the professors of GTU, students of the Law Faculty and other employees of the University.
“It was important to meet with the students. We discussed the Parliamentary activity through the eyes of the practitioner lawyer and the engagement of the youth in this process. I shared my visions and plans for the effective Parliamentary activity. We face the model of successful cooperation when the students introduced their legal initiative on stowaway transportation. I believe that the activity of the students and their cooperation with the Parliament, their engagement in the political issues, I mean, in the discussion of the initiatives, is crucial. We shall keep active and close cooperation with the youth in taking the steps by the Parliament. The Government aims at ensuring higher inclusiveness of the engagement of the youth in state affairs to lead us to the consolidation of the nation and progress of the country. This is the starting point and this meeting was a good example of this process”, - he stated and hoped for further cooperation with the students.
