Beka Odisharia attended the presentation of the ethnic collection created on the traditional Ingush motives

The Exhibition Hall of the National Library of the Parliament hosted the presentation of the traditional craft collection of the Ingush designer, Zeinel Bokova, organized by the Ingush Cultural Center.
The Chair of the Diaspora and Caucasus Issues Committee, Beka Odisharia addressed the attendees.
“I would like to welcome you to the Capital of Georgia. Tbilisi since time immemorial was not only geographic but the educational, scientific and cultural hub of the Caucasus, the evidence of which is today’s event. The good neighborly and friendly relations of the Georgian and Ingush nations take roots centuries ago. The Russian empire sometimes successfully implemented its Divide et Impera policy, triggering the confrontation between the Caucasian people but the Georgian and Ingush nations have never encountered such confrontations and misunderstandings in their relations. I express my sincere gratitude to each participant and extend my best wishes”, - he stated.
The collection of the Ingush designer, Zeinel Bokova is created through the original interpretation of the centuries-long history and traditions of Ingushetia.
As B. Odisharia noted, such activities facilitate the exchange and approximation of the Georgian-Ingush art spheres. The presentation was attended by the representatives of the scientific and art spheres, students, and the North Caucasian diasporas.
