MP Giorgi Khakhubia has been elected Deputy Chairperson of the Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Committee of the Parliament of Georgia.

G. Khakhubia was nominated for the position under the quota of the “Georgian Dream” parliamentary faction.

Members of the committee unanimously supported G. Khakhubia's candidacy for Deputy Chairperson.

The Chairperson of the Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Committee, Maia Bitadze, wished G. Khakhubia success in his future work within the committee.
