Irakli Zarkua, Chair of the Diaspora Committee, met with the  Chair of the Science, Education, Culture, Diaspora, Sports and Youth Committee of the National Assembly of Armenia, Sisak Gabrielyan, and the Committee members.

The parties emphasized the friendly and partnership relations between Georgia and Armenia, highlighting the need for cooperation in various dimensions.

“During the meeting, we reviewed all the steps taken in Georgia for the promotion of the Armenian culture. We touched upon the opening of the Georgian culture centers and the Georgian language courses in Armenia”, - I. Zarkua noted.

The meeting was attended by Givi Chichinadze, the First Deputy Chair of the Committee, and the Committee members Nodar Turdzeladze, Ilia Injia, and the member of the Georgia-Armenia Friendship Group, Samvel Manukyan.
