During his visit to Vienna, the Chair of the Foreign Relations Committee and Head of the Parliamentary Delegation to the OSCE PA, Nikoloz Samkharadze, met with the OSCE PA President, Pere Joan Pons Sampietro.

 

The OSCE PA Vice-President and the Secretary General also participated in the meeting.

 

The parties discussed security issues in the South Caucasus and ongoing domestic political processes in Georgia, including developments following the municipal elections.

 

The meeting also addressed the planned visit of the OSCE PA delegation to Georgia, which is scheduled to take place in the spring of this year.
