The Vice-Speaker, Nino Tsilosani held an introductory meeting with the Ambassador of Israel, H.E. Walid Abu Haya.

The meeting addressed the Georgia-Israel bilateral relations and the cooperation prospects. 

“The Ambassador of Israel assumed office in Georgia a few months ago and is actively introducing himself to the parliamentary representation of the country. He has expressed his commitment to facilitating the enhancement of relations between the two nations. According to him, Israel expresses unwavering support for Georgia’s sovereignty, the principle of non-interference in its domestic affairs and the protection of its national interests”, - Nino Tsilosani noted.
