The Chairs of the Committees met with the Chairman of the Government of Ajara AR, Sulkhan Tamazashvili.

The meeting, held in Batumi, was attended by the Chair of the Agrarian Issues Committee, Gela Samkharauli; the Chair of the Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Committee, Maia Bitadze; the Chair of the Procedural Issues and Rules Committee, David Matikashvili; and the Chair of the EU Integration Committee, Levan Makhashvili.

The meeting was dedicated to the deliberation on the challenges faced by Ajara AR.

The emphasis was placed on the necessity of the development of the tourist infrastructure and the facilitation of the environmental spheres.
