Rati Ionatamishvili, Chair of the Human Rights and Civil Integration Committee, held a meeting with the Ambassador of Armenia, H.E. Ashot Smbatyan.

The parties deliberated on multilateral relations between the countries and touched upon the Georgia-Armenia friendly ties and cooperation prospects, including at the parliamentary level.

“The meeting was dedicated to the consideration of the traditional and friendly relationship between the Georgian and Armenian people and the prospects to boost the established tradition further. The Ambassador found the activity of the Committee on civil integration extremely interesting”, - R. Ionatamishvili noted.

The parties expressed their commitment to further cooperation.
