Rati Ionatamishvili, Chair of the Human Rights and Civil Integration Committee, held a meeting with young people currently undertaking internships at the Parliament of Georgia.

The main topic of discussion was human rights and related issues.

“We spoke about the protection of human rights, including the rights of children, persons with disabilities, and prisoners. The interns were also interested in the activities of the parliamentary Interim Fact-Finding Commission. It is encouraging to see young people showing interest in the work of the legislative body. We will do our best to ensure that their internship experience in Parliament is both engaging and fruitful", - Rati Ionatamishvili stated.
