The Procedural Issues Committee discussed the recognition of the Powers of MP for Zurab Kadagidze as a substitute for David Kodua.

As David Matikashvili, Chair of the Committee, elucidated, based on the material submitted by the Central Election Commission, it was considered expedient for the Parliament to recognize the Powers of MP for Zurab Kadagidze.

The Committee also approved the pre-term termination of the Powers of MP for David Kodua, given the fact that Mr. Kodua was elected as the Mayor of Zugdidi - the position incompatible with the activity of a Member of Parliament
