Meeting of Sozar Subari with the Ambassador of Armenia

Sozar Subari held an introductory meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia, H.E. Ashot Smbatyan.
The parties noted the significance of centuries-old relations between Georgia and Armenia and reviewed the issues of mutual cooperation between the two countries.
As was noted, historically, both Georgia and Armenia faced common challenges, and even today, the goal of both states is the peace and economic development of the South Caucasus region.
At the meeting with the Ambassador of Armenia, Sozar Subari spoke about the importance of parliamentary diplomacy and the issues of parliamentary cooperation between countries in general.
The Ambassador thanked the MP for the meeting and expressed commitment to continuing cooperation in the future.
