The Chair of the Education, Science and Culture Committee continues meetings with legal entities of public law of the Ministry.

T. Tsulukiani held working meetings with three higher education institutions operating in the field of culture - Shota Rustaveli Theater and Film State University, Tbilisi State Academy of Arts and V. Sarajishvili Tbilisi State Conservatoire.

All three higher education institutions informed the Committee Chair about their infrastructure and the issues that they believe are important to ensure quality higher education.

During the meetings with the MP, it was also mentioned that all three universities uphold the introduction of a new funding model in the field of higher education and, as a result of joint work, have already developed a draft model. It was agreed that the discussion of the draft will take place in the near future, so that at the next stage meaningful and purpose-oriented deliberations can take place with the relevant institutions of the Ministry of Education.
