The Member of the Georgia-Belarus Parliamentary Friendship Group, Isko Daseni met with the Belarus-Georgia Parliamentary Friendship Group members. The parties discussed historical relations between the countries and prospects of enhancement of cooperation.

The parties touched upon inter-group issues and cooperation in international formats. As noted, cooperation in tourism is even more intensified.

“Friendship between Georgia and Belarus counts many years. Both parties have noted that these relations are not even more intensive with the positive trend. We discussed cooperation in international organizations and mutual support and agreed that the Friendship Group links shall be further intensified. The gusts noted that Belarus has increasing interest to Georgia which facilitates to development of cooperation in tourism sphere”, - I. Daseni noted.
