Meeting of Vladimer Kakhadze with Members of the Students’ Parliament

Vladimir Kakhadze, the First Deputy Chairman of the Healthcare and Social Issues Committee, a member of the Education and Science Committee, met with the members of the Students’ Parliament.
The MP talked to young people about the already implemented and future reforms in the field of education and healthcare.
The members of the Students’ Parliament also expressed their interest in the ongoing political developments in Georgia and the challenges the country is facing. The meeting also highlighted Georgia's progress in integrating into the European and Euro-Atlantic space, the measures taken by the authorities in this regard, and the recent decision by the European Council to grant candidate status to Georgia for EU membership.
"At the request of young people, I continue traditional meetings with them. I had my third meeting today. It is really gratifying that the members of the youth movement are interested in the work and initiatives of the higher legislative body. At the meeting, we also talked about granting the candidate status and also about the steps that Georgia should take on the way to get closer to Europe. The opinions and vision of young people were interesting both in terms of education and healthcare, as well as in other directions”, - Vladimer Kakhadze commented.
