The Chair of the Health Care and Social Issues Committee, Dimitri Khundadze visited the Caucasus International University and had tours in the laboratories and clinical centers of the Medical Faculty.

Chancellor of the University, Vakhtang Tsivtsivadze, Rector Kakhaber Kordzaia and the Dean of the Medical Faculty, Magda Tortladze introduced the ongoing and scheduled projects for the development of the Faculty.

D. Khundadze held a meeting with the students and delivered a public lecture on the Healthcare Achievements and Problems in Georgia, Role of Education in Development of Georgian Medicine and the State Demographic Policy. He introduced the activity of the Committee, universal healthcare program, state insurance, social and demographic policy directions and attached the attention of the students to the importance of the engagement of the youth in the solution of the problems.

D. Khundadze invited the students to the Parliament to allow them to participate in the Committee activity and thematic considerations.
