The First Deputy Chair of the Sector Economy and Economic Policy Committee, Eka Sepashvili held a meeting with the students, Youth Parliament members and schoolchildren and deliberated on the Georgia-EU relations and the importance of the EU candidacy.

She touched upon the reforms undertaken in the EU integration process and achieved progress.

“We overviewed the process of our progress on the EU integration path, the challenges we encounter and the achievements we enjoy. We touched upon the political developments, including the EU candidacy and the false narrative that the radical opposition outspreads. We discussed the meaning of the Association Agreement, the importance of formation as the European state, the development of the democratic processes and institutions, economic progress etc.”, - E. Sepashvili noted.
