Within the framework of the working visit to Baku, Giorgi Chakvetadze, the First Deputy Chair of the Education, Science and Youth Affairs Committee, met with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Chair of the Youth and Sports Committee of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan, Shahin Ismayilov, and the Committee members. The discourse encompassed the Georgia-Azerbaijan strategic partnership aspects with an emphasis on the intense parliamentary ties.

Mr. Chakvetadze introduced the legal regulations on youth affairs applied in Georgia and reviewed the ongoing reforms; in this juncture, he highlighted the youth projects and scheduled activities.

He invited the Milli Majlis Committee members to Georgia.
