Giorgi Chakvetadze, the First Deputy Chair of the Education, Science and Youth Affairs Committee, within the framework of his visit to Baku, was hosted by the Deputy Youth and Sports Minister, Farhad Hajiyev.

The meeting encompassed the successful cooperation in the youth sphere. The parties expressed their commitment to implementing joint initiatives.

The parties placed particular emphasis on the development of youth relations through various initiatives, such as Youth Forums, working meetings, exchange visits, and youth camps.

The participation of Azerbaijani youth in the Georgia-Azerbaijan Youth Forum scheduled for August 3-8, 2025, has been met with positive anticipation.

Mr. Chakvetadze expressed gratitude to the Deputy Minister for the organisation of the Youth Forum, which took place from July 22nd to 28th. This forum provided an opportunity for the participation of representatives from both countries.

The meeting was attended by the Acting Director of the Youth Agency, Vakhtang Baakashvili.
