Giorgi Gabunia, Chair of the Culture Committee, attended the presentation of the three-volume book by the public figure, choirmaster and folklorist, Anzor Erkomaishvili - “Georgia - History, Culture, Ethnography” - and addressed the attendees.

Giorgi Gabunia stressed Anzor Erkomaishvili’s contributions and the exceptional significance of the book, noting that the three-volume collection encompasses musical folklore and Georgian sacred music, and also includes accompanying works on archaeology, architecture, history, and ethnography.

The presentation of Anzor Erkomaishvili’s three-volume collection was held in Batumi within the framework of the Black Sea International Arts Festival.

The presentation was attended by the Culture Minister of the Ajara AR, Eliso Bolkvadze; the State Trustee in the Guria region, Giorgi Gurjumelidze; the Director of the State Folklore Centre, Giorgi Donadze; and representatives of the cultural sector.
