Giorgi Volski, the First Vice-Speaker of the Parliament, in the company of Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, President Mikheil Kavelashvili, Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze, and the representatives of the legislative and executive authorities, attended the Solemn Mass for the commemoration of the Allotment of the Virgin and of Saint Andrew the First-Called in the Cathedral of Panagia Portaitissa of Iberia on Makhata Mount.

The solemn mass was served by the Locum Tenens, the bishop of Senaki and Chkhorotsku, Reverent Shio, along with the high priests and clergymen.

The flock was filled with joy at the opportunity to pray at the Holy Father Saint Gabriel Reliquary Icon, which was commissioned and initiated by “Society Iveriisa.”
