Irakli Shatakishvili, the Delegate for ten communities of Rustavi and Gardabani, the First Deputy Chair of the Foreign Relations Committee, met with the children and the pedagogues of Rustavi Public School N5.

He introduced the key directions of the activities of the Committees and the Parliament.

The schoolchildren participated in the simulated sitting of the Education, Science and Youth Affairs Committee and discussed the relevant topics of the educational sphere and introduced their initiatives.

“The schoolchildren demonstrate a high interest in parliamentary life and I hope that our young generation will elevate the quality of parliamentary activity to new heights”, - I. Shatakishvili noted.

The children and pedagogues visited the Ekvtime Takaishvili Museum of Georgian Parliamentarism and had a tour in the Parliament Palace.
