Member of the Education and Science Committee, the Chair of the Advisory Council on Vocational Education, Mariam Lashkhi, and the First Deputy Chair of the Procedural Issues and Rules Committee, Irakli Shatakishvili visited the Chamber of Crafts in Germany to get cognizant of the dual and other models of vocational education.

According to them, the model of vocational education, employment and personnel qualification is of particular interest and thus, is intended to be established in Georgia.

It is noteworthy that the Education Committee actively works on a thematic inquiry on vocational education, namely, the analysis of financing model and identification of the labor market needs.

At the final stage of the inquiry, the Committee will issue respective recommendations to the responsible state agencies.
