Nino Tsilosani, the Vice-Speaker, met with the Ambassador of Bulgaria, H.E. Vesselin Valkanov.

As highlighted, Georgia and Bulgaria, being the Black Sea basin countries, share diverse projects and various formats of cooperation.

“The meeting with the Bulgarian diplomat was both interesting and productive. As Black Sea basin countries, Georgia and Bulgaria are closely connected through numerous projects. The support of Bulgaria for our EU membership provides a strong foundation for us to realise many ambitious ideas. We expressed our hope that Bulgaria will continue to actively support Georgia’s EU integration”, - N. Tsilosani noted.
