The Vice-Speaker, Nino Tsilosani, held a meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador of Hungary, H.E. Petra Ponevác-Pana.

The two sides deliberated on the friendly relations and the cooperation prospects.

"The Parliament will actively engage in cooperation with the diplomatic representative of a friendly and partner country. The newly appointed Ambassador of Hungary expressed her intention to actively contribute to the strengthening of intergovernmental relations and facilitate the engagement of business and investment groups interested in exploring opportunities in Georgia. During the meeting we also discussed inter-parliamentary cooperation between Georgia and Hungary and the importance of exchange visits.

We are confident that, other than our shared political values, we will enjoy the closer ties through the successful achievements”, - N. Tsilosani noted.
