The participants of the internship program visited the Art Palace at the initiative of the Vice-Speaker, Nino Tsilosani.
The students were introduced to the principal exhibits of historical heritage, the permanent expositions and the unique historical works deposited in the funds.
“The interns viewed numerous important and valuable items from the history of our country. They met with the Director of the Art Palace, Giorgi Kalandia, who is a distinguished public figure. Thanks to his efforts and the support of philanthropic individuals, many essential exhibits have been returned to Georgia”, - stated Nino Tsilosani.
As Giorgi Kalandia noted, it is important for the younger generation to develop respect for national culture and historical achievements from an early age. According to him, by visiting the Art Palace, the young people were introduced to the nation’s cultural heritage, which contributes to the growth of their awareness and motivation.
He presented symbolic gifts to the participants of the internship program.
