Members of Parliament awarded the meritorious school and kindergarten pedagogues of the Chugureti district for their contribution to the upbringing and education of children. 

 

The ceremony, held in Public School N36, was attended by: the First Vice-Speaker, the Delegate for Didube and Chugureti districts, Giorgi Volski; the Chair of the Education, Science and Youth Affairs Committee, Mariam Lashkhi; the Deputy Chair of the Faction “Georgian Dream”, Rima Beradze; the Education, Science and Youth Minister, Givi Mikanadze; and his Deputy, Tamar Makharashvili.

 

Members of Parliament expressed their gratitude to teachers for their dedicated and long-standing service. The event highlighted the importance of acknowledging the invaluable contribution of educators. It was underscored that education serves as the cornerstone of the nation’s development and its prosperous future, which is why ensuring its advancement and supporting teachers remains among the highest priorities of the state.

 

The symbolic gifts and certificates were presented to the awarded pedagogues. The initiative serves to recognise and appreciate the merit and dedication of the pedagogues.
