The Parliament discussed the recognition of the Powers of MP for Archil Gorduladze replacing the retired MP Giorgi Tsagareishvili and approved it with 77 votes.

As the Chair of the Procedural Issues and Rules Committee, Irakli Kadagishvili elucidated, all respective documents on A. Gorduladze have been submitted by the CEC and thus, the Committee’s conclusion is positive. Inasmuch as G. Tsagareishvili was appointed as the Deputy IDPs Minister, the position which is in incompliance with the status of MP, his Powers have been terminated at the Plenary session of June 26.
