The Training Center of the Parliament, based on its inquiry of the needs held in January-February, revealed the needs of the staffers deriving from their activities and planned the online training courses for June-July to enhance the qualification of the staffers in personal and professional directions.

 

The first training was held today dedicated to effective communication. Despite the online mode, the participants were actively engaged in the consideration of the topics as follows:

• Communication model;
• Unilateral communication;
• Impediments in communication;
• Effective communication methods: bilateral communication, active listening;
• Protection of own interests: assertive behavior, “I Notice” visual material by the trainer facilitated the better perception of the topic; the training was interactive and was led by Tea Lobzhanidze – the contracted specialist of the Training Center.

 

The training was held via Webex online platform.
