The Chair of the Committee, Irakli Kadagishvili introduced the Draft Resolution envisaging the recognition of the powers of MP for Giorgi Barvenashvili as the replacement for a retired MP, Irakli Kobakhidze.

Based on the respective documents submitted by the Central Election Commission, the Committee considered it expedient and approved the Draft Resolution.
