The Committee discussed the issue of the recognition of the Powers of MP for Levan Machavariani as a replacement for a retired MP, Irakli Beraia.

According to the Chair of the Committee, Irakli Kadagishvili, the Committee, on the basis of the respective documents submitted by the Central Election Commission, considered it expedient to recognize the Powers of MP for L. Machavariani.

The recognition will be voted at the plenary session.
