Shota Berekashvili, the Chair of the Sector Economy and Economic Policy Committee, participated in the closing ceremony of the Insurance Week. In his address, he underscored the growing significance of the insurance sector and the role of competition.

“The insurance sector is a dynamic sphere undergoing rapid advancement, where a healthy competitive environment fosters the steady improvement of the market, the enhancement of service quality, and the diversification of services, ultimately benefiting the well-being of consumers,” - he asserted.

The ceremony was organized by the Georgian Insurance State Supervision Service, backed by the partner organizations. The event aimed at the presentation of the priorities of the insurance sector, its role and significance.
