The Chairman of the parliamentary political group "People's Power", Sozar Subari, met with members of the Students’ Parliament.
During the meeting, they discussed Georgia's reforms in the context of European integration and the progress made in implementing the recommendations of the European Commission. They also addressed human rights protection issues, and the MP responded to questions from the students.
"The young people were interested in what steps we should take to join the European Union and what benefits the European Union membership will bring to Georgia. How compatible is Georgia with the European Union today in terms of human rights protection. We also talked about the path we took before getting the status, why we say that this is a return to our native home", - Sozar Subari commented.
