The Parliament adopted the Draft Law on the Personal Data Protection and the companion Bills for the III reading.

Pursuant to the draft, the LEPL Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Personal Data Protection Service shall be liquidated as of March 2, 2026, and their functions and authorities shall be delegated to the State Audit Office.

The draft was adopted with 78 votes against 1.
