Shalva Papuashvili attended the Christmas Liturgy

The Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia, H.E. Shalva Papuashvili, together with Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, President Mikheil Kavelashvili, and Members of Parliament, attended the Christmas Divine Liturgy at the Holy Trinity Cathedral (Sameba).
The Divine Liturgy was officiated by the Locum Tenens of the Patriarchal Throne, Metropolitan Shio (Mujiri) of Senaki and Chkhorotsku, together with hierarchs of the Church.
Prior to the commencement of the festive service, the Christmas Epistle of His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II, Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, Archbishop of Mtskheta–Tbilisi and Metropolitan of Bichvinta and Tskhum-Abkhazia, was read to the congregation gathered at the Holy Trinity Cathedral.
Representatives of both the executive and legislative branches of government also attended the Christmas service.
