Mariam Lashkhi, Chair of the Education, Science and Youth Affairs Committee, held a meeting with the Students’ Parliament members.

During the meeting, attention was focused on the planned reforms in the general and higher education systems, their objectives, and the expected outcomes. The Committee Chair briefed the students on the essence of the reforms and the new opportunities these changes will offer to pupils, students, and educators.

Mariam Lashkhi also spoke to the young participants about the work of the Interim Commission on Women and Children, providing information on ongoing projects and future initiatives.

The students toured the Parliament building and visited the Ekvtime Takaishvili Museum of Georgian Parliamentarism.
