The Parliament adopted the Draft Customs Code for the III reading and with 82 votes, introduced to the plenary session by the Deputy Interior Minister, Alexander Darakhvelidze.

The draft establishes the legal basis that will allow the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia to carry out customs control in coordination with the customs authority in accordance with the order established by the joint order of the Minister of Finance of Georgia and the Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
