An event dedicated to the presentation of interns’ final reports was held at the Parliament. The participants were addressed with opening remarks by the First Vice-Speaker of the Parliament, Giorgi Volski, who placed particular emphasis on the professional development of interns and their involvement in parliamentary activities.

 

“It is important for interns to gain knowledge and experience, while at the same time making their own contribution to parliamentary work”, - Giorgi Volski stated.

 

The invited guests were also welcomed by the Vice-Speaker of the Parliament, Nino Tsilosani, who spoke about the significance of the internship program.

 

“The three-month internship program is now nearing its conclusion. This was an excellent opportunity for young people not only to grow professionally, but also to participate in processes that contribute to improving the country’s future and the legislative environment. We sought to ensure that this period would be engaging and productive for them”, - Nino Tsilosani stated.

 

As part of the event, the students undertaking internships at the Parliament of Georgia presented reports on topics of interest to them.
