The Parliament adopted the Draft Law on Early and Preschool Education for the III reading and 81 votes.

The draft determines the authorization term for the early and preschool institutions as six years instead of four.

The legal entity, established in line with the national legislation prior to the enactment of the Law, that ensures the early and preschool education and/or provision of the early and preschool education services and/or only the school preparatory program (institution) shall be recognized as authorized with a term of six years upon the authorization.

The draft is authored by the Education, Science and Youth Ministry and initiated by the Government.
