G. Kakhiani spoke about main principles of organizational and legislative activity of the Committee. He emphasized authorities and competence of the Committee and noted that the Committee actively participates in consideration of the drafts, controls implementation of the Rules of Procedure and the Resolutions, solves the issues of authority of MPs, termination and substation thereof.

He spoke about state management models and stated that Georgia is of mixed type Republic penetrated with the elements of Parliamentary governance.

He also answered the questions and wished success to them. The Parliament practices internship for 19 years. This year there are 24 interns, actively involved in activity, attending the Committee sittings, meeting with the Committee and Faction Chairs, majority and minority leaders and MPs.

Internship is organized by the HR Department.
